In earlier versions of Word Ctrl + F opened the “Find and Replace” dialog – now it opens the Navigation Pane to the Results panel. There’s an unofficial shortcut to open the Navigation Pane – Ctrl + F. Turn on Navigation Pane from View | Show | Navigation Pane.

The Navigation Pane was a great addition to Word (for Windows … our Mac friends have yet to get it) but there’s more in that pane than the obvious.
